Delivery Information

Stock is based on what we have in store. If something is unavailable at the time of ordering for any reason, we will be in touch with the option of ordering the product for you or a refund for the item.

We offer free instore pickup. Please allow up to 5 working days to process your order. We will email when your order is ready to collect.

Delivery costs $10.50 for urban addresses and $16.20 for rural addresses. If you live rurally, please select the rural option at checkout. Orders with a rural address that have selected standard shipping will not be sent until we have received payment for the additional cost.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be sent. You will receive an email with a tracking number when it is sent. From dispatch, allow approximately 3 days for it to be delivered.

Please note we only ship within New Zealand.
